* What in case of motorcycle damage?

Any damage to the motorcycle itself, to third parties (including persons), or theft of the motorcycle is covered by a deposit (security deposit) of EUR 2,000. This excess must be paid upon pickup of the motorcycle or will be reserved on your credit card and released after the motorcycle has been returned in accordance with the agreement.
Damage exceeding EUR 2,000 will be covered by the motorcycle insurance.

In any case, however, a "European Accident Report" form (available in English and German) must be completed together with the police for submission to the insurance company.
Furthermore, all details of any other party involved in the accident must be recorded and the other party's insurance company must be identified.
