What do I need to pay before renting a motorcycle?

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of at least 30% and the remaining 70% no later than the day of rental or pickup. You can also pay 100% of the outstanding amount on the day of booking. Once you arrive, you will also be charged a deposit with a pre-authorization. This means that we reserve or “freeze” the corresponding amount (deposit) on your credit card. The amount of the deposit depends on the insurance package you have chosen and will be released in full once the motorcycle has been returned in accordance with the contract.

This deposit serves as security for damage of any kind or theft.

Of course, you also have the option of taking out additional insurance to have any necessary damage payments covered by an insurer. Example: if you have incurred damage of any kind, we will first deduct the costs incurred (up to a maximum of your deposit amount) from the deposit and release the remaining amount. You can then claim this deduction amount from your additional insurance, and the insurer will reimburse you for the costs incurred.
