Can I cancel or change my motorcycle rental booking?
Can I cancel or change my motorcycle rental booking?
Yes, you can cancel a motorcycle rental booking, and in many cases you can also request changes before the rental starts. Changes may include the rental date, pickup time, return time, motorcycle model, rider details, passenger information, luggage setup, or additional equipment.
Whether a booking can be changed depends on availability, timing, the selected motorcycle, the rental period, and the type of change requested. If you need to change your booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can check what is realistically possible.
At MotoGS Rental Croatia, we always try to find a practical solution if your travel plans change. A different date, a different pickup or return time, another BMW GS model, or additional rental equipment may be possible, but changes are not guaranteed and may affect the rental price.
If you cancel your motorcycle rental, cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the rental start date. Very late cancellations or no-shows may result in a high cancellation fee because the motorcycle was reserved for your selected rental period and may no longer be rented to another customer.
Rebooking to another date may be possible in some cases, especially if you contact us early and the motorcycle is still available for the new rental period. However, a rebooking is not an automatic right and must be confirmed by MotoGS Rental Croatia.
Please do not wait until the last moment if your plans change. Early communication gives us the best chance to adjust the booking, offer another available motorcycle, change equipment, or find a fair solution within the booking and cancellation rules.
For legally binding details, the booking confirmation, invoice, individual rental agreement, and our rental terms and conditions apply. For related information, please also see our FAQs:
